Returns Policy
Easy 30-Day Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Return
Email our client services team at stanleyoluebube171@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return.

Receive Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Simply print and affix it to the original packaging.

Send Your Item
Drop the package at any authorised courier point. Keep your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Mecoz Label ships to over 94 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 5–10 business days.
Are duties and taxes included?
Prices displayed are exclusive of import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare items at their full value as required by law.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at stanleyoluebube171@gmail.com. We can amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What items cannot be returned?
Bespoke and custom-made items, personalised pieces, and fine jewelry that has been worn or resized cannot be returned. Please see our full returns policy for details.
How are watches and fine jewelry packaged?
All watches are shipped in their original manufacturer boxes, nested inside a Mecoz Label outer presentation box with a certificate of authenticity. Fine jewelry arrives in our signature velvet pouches within a rigid box.
